I had the privilege of spending some time in Israel recently. What I loved, was that it is now springtime there. The weather was just wonderful and on top of it the fields looked like… More
I will restore the fortunes of my people Israel, and they shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit. I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,

When the topic of Israel comes up, you are assured of some intense reaction. It is either positive or negative. Whatever the case, you will have to claw your way through a maze of opinions, historical data, media bias, distortions and even downright lying, to get to the cause of all these strong emotions.
If you look at the news and what is happening in Israel now, it is as if there is an open season on the Jewish people. There are people on a mission to kill and destroy Jews anywhere and with every means available. To make matters worse, because the Israeli’s refuse to just to roll over and die, but instead are fighting back, they are being unfairly judged by the world. That is now when the world are not silent on matters where they should have said or done something.
For me, my involvement to support Israel and the Jewish people, is the fingerprints of God on my life. If you have a problem with the Jewish people being in the land of Israel, you could consider that your problem may actually be with God Himself.
View all of this in the light of God’s gifts and callings for Israel, which are irrevocable and His covenants with them, which are eternal. They are a chosen people, in a promised land, with a redemptive purpose. God is not finished with the Jewish people and much of what we see happening today, is the ongoing fulfilment of Biblical prophecy.
Never mind their right to the land by way of all the archaeological and historical evidence pointing to the fact.
